Minor Update and Bug Fixes

Now that the deadline for the game jam this was a part of has passed, I've been able to add in some small quality of life improvements!

- Remappable keyboard controls

- Minimized camera shake on screen change (the camera might still shake a little, but it shouldn't get stuck shaking any more!)

- Fixed a bug where the settings would vanish from the main menu
